On March 26 - April 2, CLDP sponsored teams from the Al-Nahrain College of Law of Iraq and the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis to participate in the 22nd Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis Moot) in Vienna, Austria.  The Vis Moot is an educational program, initiated by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), aimed at building international synergies in the resolution of commercial disputes. CLDP has been training and mentoring the teams for the past year, in an effort to develop the capacity of arbitration expertise in the respective countries through participation in this premier international moot. The teams competed with 300 law schools and with over 70 countries.
