During this program, CLDP staff and advisers worked with Angolan and Portuguese Justice Ministry officials in Lisbon on the configuration and customization of the Habilus software for use in the Luanda Provincial Court. CLDP achieved the following three key objectives during the trip to Lisbon: (1) tested and configured the computer network purchased by the Angolan government; (2) worked with the Habilus software designers to identify the elements to be customized for use the Palacio D. Joaquina court building in Luanda, as well as Luanda-specific data required; and (3) reviewed and updated all case types and court documents specific to the Luanda Provincial Court for programming into Habilus.
