On November 10, CLDP, in collaboration with the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia, organized a virtual consultation for members of the Georgian Parliament’s Culture Committee Working Group on Intellectual Property.

On November 9th, CLDP conducted an Award Writing Training for 11 Maldivian arbitrators. This workshop was led by Ms. Aarta Alkarimi of Chrysalis International Legal Advisors – an arbitrator and arbitration practitioner based in Dubai. Ms.

On November 9, CLDP, at the request of the Attorney General’s Office of the Maldives, hosted a second interactive virtual negotiation exercise as part of an ongoing series focused on infrastructure finance and investment.

On November 8, CLDP held the Official Launch of the Maldives International Arbitration Center (MIAC). The Chief Justice, the Attorney General, and the State Minister of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure of the Maldives attended the event.
