On April 7, CLDP, in cooperation with USAID Peru, conducted a virtual session on best practices in the procurement of technology for the leadership of the General Directorate for Supply (DGA) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru.

On April 6, CLDP distributed Parts II & III of a multi-part webinar series on the U.S. Advance Ruling System to the Honduran Customs Authority and Secretariat of Economic Development.

CLDP, in partnership with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), virtually hosted the Second SCCA Arabic Moot Competition targeting students in universities of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) studying to earn a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law.

In collaboration with Bangladesh's Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Authority, CLDP held a workshop on PPP termination for the Bangladeshi line ministries.

On March 30, CLDP, in cooperation with the Dominican Confederation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, conducted a consultation focused on identifying issues and potential solutions in the country’s current public procurement law that impacts small businesses.
