CLDP ran a workshop on developing a financial model for PPPs. Financial modeling is the tool that allows the assessment of commercial feasibility. The financial model is designed to reflect the estimated financial situation of the project company during the life of the contract.

On October 26-28, CLDP launched the second edition of the Understanding Power Purchase Agreements handbook in a virtual session during the Africa Energy Forum (AEF).

On October 22-26 and December 1 and 3, CLDP, in collaboration with the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, conducted a series of trainings on investigative techniques for staff from the Dominican Republic’s (DR) competition authority (Procompetencia).

On October 22^nd, CLDP in cooperation with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), hosted a webinar on 5G preparedness and securing the next generation networks.
