CLDP, as part of its partnership with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Thailand, will organize consultations in New York and Washington, D.C. with practitioners, academic institutions, and government institutions, both state and national level, that specialize in ISDS. Each meeting will include specific learning objectives that are tailored to the strengths of the institution on which the Thailand delegation can focus its attention will during the visit. The delegation will learn how arbitral disputes are managed from the perspective of the institutions and public and private sector, and what the OAG may need to create a better environment for ISDS in Thailand.
