CLDP will conduct a training for public procurement officials from Ukraine that will focus particularly on infrastructure and reconstruction-related procurement. This workshop, which will take place in Krakow, Poland, was organized in coordination with Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance and Reconstruction Agency. The training will provide fundamental best practices and key areas of training to the large class of new procurement officials who will be tasked with procurement at the national and municipal levels related to Ukraine’s rebuilding. This workshop falls within the scope of the Department of Commerce’s infrastructure taskforce, which was established under an MOU signed by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the U.S. Departments of Commerce and Transportation.
