Effective Regulation of Telecommunications: New Technologies and New Frontiers

As a continuation of its work in Algiers in April 2007, CLDP sponsored consultations from June 9-16 in Washington, DC to equip a core group of government officials and private sector professionals from Algeria with a thorough understanding of how to develop and implement effective telecommunications regulations and laws. The consultations were organized in collaboration with Algeria's Autorite de Regulation de Poste et des Telecommunications (ARPT).
